the first thing you'll notice is he is level headed at just about all times. he is very slow to anger but once angered he can and has held a grudge for years. unless you've pissed him off in the past he is very kind.
drevin is very observant rarely missing the little details that most just pass by...this is part of how he got his rank. drevin is also good at reading peoples actions and intentions.
he holds himself to a moral code and expects others to as well to some extent. drevin shows great respect to everyone except kenpachi who he sees as a bloodthirsty brute.

History:
drevin as a child would be almost unrecognizable compared to the person he is today. when he was a kid he would get into fights over little things and had no respect for anyone.
what cause this change from a destructive child to a refined adult
his time as a soul reaper before he made captain. he learned very quickly that he couldn't always win here. after this startling realization he started to respect the higher ups.
shortly after discovering his shikai drevin asked shihoin yoruichi to teach him to fight hand to hand while she was still a captain......after years of training him drevin started to think of her as an older sister.
when yoruichi left drevin soon became captain of the second squad
