drevin sat down on a park bench waiting for his old teacher...making sure to be away from everyone else
with any luck she would show up and he could talk to her
if not he would just sit here awkwardly waiting for someone who wouldn't show up

Yoruichi had felt Drevin's spiritual pressure and had followed it to where the boy sat. Indeed, they had much to catch up on, and she needed to see how much he had grown. She was in her human gigai, which she didn't use all that often. "So Drevin, how have you been?" she asked, sitting on the bench next to him. |

"well ironically im the captain to second division...go figure....and the few kido i could do before i can now do without the chant"
he hugged her
"how's my sister and senci?"

"mostly.....i kinda am trying to teach someone...sorta like how you did for me"
drevin let go of her and looked at the sky
"why did you leave anyway? last time i saw you was the last time you gave me a lesson"
he put his hands behind his head and leaned back
it's kinda hard to beleave that this carefree young man was the 2nd squad captain

Yoruichi relaxed, leaning back against the bench. "I came here with Kisuke, surly you've heard what he did. I couldn't let him come here alone." she said. "It's good that you've found yourself a student though, maybe that person will start looking up to you like you do me." she said the last part in a joking manner. |

he looks at her and smiled
"you left your mark on the place when you left...there are a lot of people that miss you....to a lot of people you were more then just a captain"

drevin laughed slightly
"maybe they have their reasons.....but i just can't imagine you doing something that bad"
he stood up
"how about we spar for old times sake?...see how much we've improved"

Sure, I want to see how much you've grown since I left." she smirked, "Just don't expect too much, I've mastered Flash Step after all." |

Yoruichi pulled a small pez like dispenser from her pocket and popped a soul candy into her mouth. She gave the soul a few orders to follow and then turned her attention back to Drevin. "After this I'll know if theres anything left for me to teach you." |

he stepped into stance with his usual smile

Yoruichi followed suit, getting into a sparring stance. "Indeed it does." she said. She stretched her arms in the air before putting them in position in front of her. "Come at me with everything you've learned." |

drevin gave a slight bow...not taking his eyes off of his former teacher

he used flash step to get close and did and open palm thrust with both hands
