Would you consider hiring any staff members to do anything? Because I would love to help out.

It seems we don't get on at the same times very often, so it wouldn't be a bad idea to have a mod or something to help with the suggestions and creations.

I've done a lot of site building and whatnot in the past few years and I've helped with a whole bunch more. I've actually been working on a Bleach site myself, so I have some great ideas for boards that you could add to this site.
